Unlike therapy, I'm not directing and re-directing you into your wounds. You drive our sessions based on your interests and needs. If big emotions or opportunities for healing come up in a session, I am trauma sensitive and comfortable navigating deep territory.
I'm not a licensed therapist, and I don't treat severe mental health conditions. If during our work together it becomes clear that therapy would be beneficial, I'll help you find appropriate resources.
Together we determine the topics and goals for our work together. Sessions are conversational, although we may find ourselves exploring image-based realms, somatic activations, and meditative introspective states. Sessions can and often do go deep, and we may uncover emotional material.
This work builds on itself, and extended work can result in paradigm shifts in self-understanding.
Topics that come up in sessions range widely, and I enjoy working across an array of experiences: conflict at work or home, procrastination, unwanted behavioral patterns, emotional processing including grief, improving work efficiency, clarifying personal philosophies and life-orientation, spiritual questions, and psychedelic integration. If the scope of our work veers into territory beyond my training, I'll gently redirect you towards clinical support.
My rates vary based on the nature of the work, and I believe in sliding scale pricing. Rates for executive work reflect the scope of those engagements, while individual coaching is priced flexibly based on your circumstances. Sessions are 75 minutes via video call. Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly — weekly offers more momentum and continuity, while bi-weekly allows more time to integrate between sessions. I recommend sustained work for paradigm upgrades.
A discovery call is a free 40-minute conversation where we can meet each other and see if we're a good fit. You can share what's bringing you to coaching, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work. There's no pressure — it's an opportunity for us to connect and see whether we're a good match for this work.
